Adding Gallery

A tutorial video about adding a new album to the website, implementing the album in the site's pages and management options of the album.

Album

The photo albums in the system can be uploaded, changed and managed directly from the page manager of the website.

In this article, we will explore the possibilities of uploading a new album to the system, implementing an existing album, updating how the album is displayed and managing the photos.

Adding a new album to a page (New/Existing album)

In order to add a new album to a page:

1. Click the "Album" icon at the bottom drag & drop menu. The icon can be found under the "Basic" and "Modules" tabs.

2. When the "Album" icon is clicked, drag it to the desired location on the page. After dragging the album to the page, we will see the following message:

3. Click "Click here to add" and then "Replace" in the drop down menu.

4. Now you can choose whether you'd like to add a new album or link to an existing album in the list.

After that, choose how you would like the album to be displayed, the number of images in a page and whether or not a frame will be added to the album. In the event that you'd like the album's size to be automatically defined, check the "Automatically define the album's height" box.

5. When finished, click "Apply".

6. Click "Save" at the top left corner of the management system in order to save any changes made to the page.

Back to editing the album

At any point, you can go back to the album's manager by clicking the album.

In the menu that appears, you have the following available options:

  1. Upload new photos
  2. Manage existing photos: order, links, text, erase, and more.
  3. Change page settings: name, description, accompanying image, and more.
  4. Replace with an existing or new album, change the way the album is displayed and settings.
