We are pleased to present a number of new additions developed in recent weeks.

Email Accounts

Email accounts purchase and renewal mechanism was significantly improved. Now you can extend and expand your email account package using a much more user-friendly interface.
To enter your email account management interface, go to Account >> Renewals >> Email Accounts.

Bring-a-Friend

We have changed the location of this tool in the site manager and introduced a new, more comfortable link sharing option. Enter and keep track of your conversions here: Manage >> More options >> Bring-a-Friend.

Responsive Adaptability - S&D Interface

Some visual updates were introduced to the responsive adaptability model:

Element padding and margin adjustment, general design features and more.
New setting: the icon color can now be switched between white and black (similar to the Express Builder).
System pages such as product, blog category, web forms, etc. are now responsively adaptable to mobile browsers.
For advanced users: certain elements can now be hidden from display on mobile devices by assigning them a class named “hideFromMobile”. Please note that this setting does not necessarily hold for all element types.

Management Interface

The advanced integrated image editor was updated. You can check out its new looks and features right here: Manage >> Manage files >> “Edit” icon that appears when you move your mouse over an image file.

The authority of secondary administrators was expanded - now they can use the mailing list tool integrated in each website.

Express Website Builder

The link management mechanism was improved, which allows much wider opportunities for using anchor points within a page. Now you can place the link and the anchor in different text boxes, which was impossible before the current update.

E-commerce

E-commerce site owners using Tranzila for collecting payments online can now do it without the supplier ID.

New responsive feature for S&D websites

We are pleased to inform you about some new features and upgrades introduced in recent weeks.

Responsive feature - S&D Interface

Due to insistent demand from our customers who manage their website with the Store & Directory interface, following the latest mobile responsiveness warnings issued by Google, we have developed the responsive feature for S&D websites, in addition to our Web App version.

The present update is irrelevant for Express Website Builder users, since it refers to the Store & Directory system only.

In order to enable mobile responsivity in your website, enter the management panel >> click the computer icon next to the Domain button >> select the "Responsive (self-adjusting) website" option.

In case you are already using the Web App option, you should remove the routing code redirecting your visitors to the web app to enable them to view the responsive website. The new feature is capable of displaying most elements of your website in a proper manner. Nevertheless, to ensure optimal display quality, attempt to avoid using inadaptable elements, such as wide tables, large images and videos, etc.

Owners of older websites, please note, that if your top navigation menu is built in accordance with Style 1, please switch to Style 2, otherwise the menu will not be adapted properly.

In case your website maintains multiple languages, the responsivity feature must be enabled for each language separately.

We are pleased to inform you about some new features and upgrades introduced in recent weeks.

Mobile Web App - S&D Interface

A wide range of visual and functional improvements has been implemented in the mobile version used in the old Store & Directory management interface:

A variety of tools (e.g. forms, galleries, etc.) have been updated to enable their proper display on the mobile app site.
If an eCommerce website is set up as catalog rather than online store, no price or “Add to cart” button will appear in the product pages.
Full adjustment to different languages in terms of text direction (LTR/RTL), line spacing and more.
New option: You can now set up color of page name/price in the mobile page menu (Design >> Page menu >> Text color…).
New option: Input fields text color is now changeable in the mobile app site (Design >> General properties).

Page Management

From now on, the website builder supports URLs containing special characters, which means you can name your site’s pages in languages such as Chinese, Korean, Arabic, and more.

Express Builder - Drag and Drop Interface

Managing content templates and category import tool has become much easier:

The management menu of each tool can be opened with a single click.
A shortcut to the list of templates now appears on the menu.
Advanced users have the access to the source code of each template.

eCommerce

A major improvement in the eCommerce module has enabled managing a separate shopping cart for each language and exporting separate product spreadsheets in multilingual websites.

Web Forms

Web form submission mechanism underwent a massive update that has improved its performance. In addition:

Size limit for files submitted through web forms has been enlarged from 1.5 MB to 5 MB.
“Select country” field can now be set up as mandatory, which wasn’t possible before the update.

E-commerce

System pages related to the e-commerce module have been refurbished and redesigned to provide a more comprehensive layout and better responsiveness when displayed on touchscreen devices.

Free Domain as Part of Hosting Package

Starting from 15/02/2015, our premium hosting packages will no longer include a free generic top-level domain. Every order placed before 14/02/2015 will still provide this benefit automatically. This change has been made with the purpose of adjusting our products to similar offers available on the market.

Updates of Coupon Generator, File Manager and Other Tools

We are pleased to present a number of new additions developed in recent weeks.

E-commerce

Coupon per Product
From now on, a discount coupon issued for specific products will apply to the product price exclusively and will leave intact the extra cost of the product’s add-ons (if any).

Shopping Cart Layout
Following a series of comments and reviews from our customers, we have introduced a number of updates to the store’s shopping cart page, specifically concerning the use of discount coupons.

As soon as the coupon has been used, the discount will be displayed immediately beneath the product price.
If the coupon provides a percentage discount (e.g. 10% off), the system will show the discounted price rather than the percentage itself.
The discounted price is displayed in a new line that has been added during the update.

Order Confirmation
The customer will receive order confirmations and notifications about order status update from a standard system email address defined in the website builder settings.

Registered Users

The site owner will now receive an automatic email notification each time there is a new user pending approval for his registration in the website’s membership system. The notification will be sent to the site owner’s registered email address.

File Manager

The website builder’s File Manager has been improved and now it features new file management buttons and larger, clearer thumbnail preview images.

We are pleased to present a number of new additions developed in recent weeks.

Express Drag and Drop Website Builder - Improved Store Design Options and Access to Order History and Statuses for Registered Users.

Online store’s general design settings improved and equipped with a new graphical tool
The product box (representing a product on the category page) can now be designed by means of the newly introduced graphical tool. With its help it is much easier to set up the product box’s layout, content and color scheme, as well as the number of products per page or row. All relevant HTML tags for titles, images and text blocks are included in the new product box templates. You can immediately preview the implemented changes before saving them. To use the new product box design tool, go to Store >> Manage Store >> Store Settings >> Design.

Some e-commerce general design settings are now manageable on the same page, under the “General” section. Here you can set up colors for the shopping cart page, checkout page, buttons and other online store elements. There are a number of predefined color schemes to choose from, as well as full customization options. To set up the general settings, go to Store >> Manage Store >> Store Settings >> Design.

Order history button added to the community toolbar
Registered users will now be able to view the list of their past orders and their statuses by clicking the recently added button located on the community toolbar, in addition to the link included in the email message following every order status update. To see the button, the user must be logged in and must have placed at least one order in the store.

Improved design for order summary enclosed in emails and displayed in store manager
The order summary received by customers upon placing an order has been redesigned and optimized for display in any kind of email software. The same design settings apply to the order summary viewed by the store manager in the site’s admin panel. Please note that the new design is fixed and is no more inherited from the settings of a particular website.

Web Form Generator - Upgraded Data Export Options

The structure of the file used for exporting data from web forms has been improved and converted to CSV format, which is compatible with a wider range of spreadsheet software.

Express Drag and Drop Website Builder - New Tools and Improved Element Bulk Management

Improved dragging by keyboard arrow keys
From now on, element positioning with arrow keys may not only be used for fine tuning, but you can also drag an element into a box.

Element bulk management feature upgraded (CTRL+click on element)

While dragging a group of elements into a box, all elements will be positioned inside the box, not only the element that was physically dragged into it.
The guidelines mechanism can now be used to position groups of elements as well, not only single elements.

New button added to improve content management experience
When you click on an element, there is a new button that allows moving the element downwards along with all other elements positioned beneath, thus effectively clearing space for writing additional content on the page.

Element Animation Settings (New Feature!) and Other Updates

Express Website Builder - Element animation feature, keyboard shortcuts, style updates, etc

New feature enabling animation of any element in our free float "drag and drop" interface
You can now animate any element displayed on your web page upon loading, selecting from a wide variety of animation effects and setting up the fine settings. To enable animation, click on the element >> Animation.

Improvement of element style settings
The style settings box of each element has been improved in a way that right now all style settings are divided into categories and can be managed in a more convenient way (click on the element >> Style).

New keyboard shortcuts enabled - Select All
By clicking Ctrl+A you will be able to select all elements in a page and handle them as one unit (relocation, deletion etc).

New button design settings
In addition to button color change on mouseover, it is now possible to change the color of the button border on mouseover too:
Style >> Border >> Border Color (Hover).

New shadow templates uploaded
In addition to custom shadow settings for each element allowing shadow, we have introduced a number of pre-set shadow templates for your convenience.

Element resizing guidelines
If the “Snap to elements” button is pressed, while resizing an element, you will see guidelines that will help you adjust the element to its environment in the best possible way.

A bunch of new features were added to Automatic Reply and Message Upon Form Submission (Form Settings >> Automatic Reply/Message upon submitting form).

We are pleased to inform you about a number of new additions that were developed in the recent weeks.

Form Generator - Field name displayed as placeholder within the field, sender email update and more.

Form field name as placeholder.
You can now display the name of an HTML form field within the field itself. In order to set up this option in the Express Website Builder, go to the management panel >> Click on a contact form >> Design >> Text Location >> Select “In the field”. To set it up in the old interface, go to Tools >> Forms >> Edit next to the relevant web form >> Text Location >> In the field.
Sender email address updated.
If a web form does not contain an email field, from now on, the web owner will receive messages submitted via the form from an email address of the following type: do-not-reply@example.com (example.com stands for the site’s actual domain).
Radio buttons and checkboxes have been redesigned and improved.

Express Website Builder Mobile Display - Menu bar location and spacing between elements.

Flexible menu bar location in mobile display.
You can now define the location of the menu bar, when your responsive website is visited on a mobile device. The menu bar can be placed at the top of the screen, at its bottom, or can be hidden. To set up this feature, go to Design >> Mobile Design >> Toolbar Location.
Spacing between elements in responsive web design.
The responsive layout allows display of your elements in the mobile website according to their actual ordering in the page, right next to each other. We have added the option of setting up spacing between the elements, that will affect the mobile display of the page. To set it up, go to Design >> Mobile Design >> Space between elements.

Domains - Domain extension update and graphic improvements of the domain manager.

Publish your website with a custom domain name with any extension.
From now on, you are not limited to domain extensions available in the system. You don’t have to select your domain’s extension from a selection box, but you can just write it down in the free text field. In order to connect your domain in a proper manner, please make sure to avoid any typos.
To set up a domain name, go to Domain >> All domains under the account >> Add domain.
Domain adding page has been improved in terms of design and enriched with textual explanations.

New Tool - Website transfer between different users.

We have launched a new tool that allows transfer of a website from one user ID to another. This solution is designed to help our website builder customers who are willing to sell their website or to pass administration license to another user. It is also great for professionals willing to turn the website over to the customer, once the construction job is complete.

The tool is available in the user management panel: Click the downward arrow sign in the top right corner of the site >> Main Management >> Website Transfer.
It is advised to thoroughly read the instructions before you proceed.

E-commerce - Email & Phone fields added to the Orders export spreadsheet.

When you export your orders into an Excel spreadsheet, customer email and phone details will appear on the list.

Improving Virtual Store User Experience, Updates and Additional Tools

We are pleased to inform you about a number of new additions that were developed in the recent weeks.

Express Website Builder - a new anchor tool, improvements in video and in font selection tools.

New anchoring element is available directly from the toolbar in the system.
- We have improved the option of adding an anchor and starting from now it is possible to add an anchor to a page directly from the toolbar. After adding an anchor, you can link to it from any part of a page where a link can be added.
- We have added an anchor named “TOP” to all pages. The anchor forwards the user to the top of the page he is browsing. Choosing an anchor for a title is similar to creating a regular anchor.
Improvements were made to the video tool that has just come out. Now you can upload video clips directly from the file manager on the website quickly and in high quality as a background for static elements or as an independent element. Cutting clips across the screen and other editing options are available.
We have improved the design of the font choice dialog in relevant places in the system. Now it is more comfortable and clear.

E-commerce – user experience updates and exporting orders from the system file.

We have improved user experience at the time of adding a product to the shopping cart.
- When users choose to add a product to the cart, they are automatically forwarded to the shopping cart page where they choose whether to continue to the payment procedure or add more products. If they choose the second option, they are forwarded to the product page or to a category from which they proceed to adding a product to the cart.
- If users press on a link to the cart when the cart is empty, they are forwarded to the home page.
We have improved the validation of the number of products in the cart. If a negative amount or zero items are chosen, the system automatically changes it to one.
We have updated the ordering system so that now it is impossible to place an order worth 0$.
We have improved the design of the “Update” button next to the items quantity in the shopping cart, so that now it is bigger and clearer.
We have improved the option of exporting the list of orders to an Excel file. Now the list can be exported to a CSV and not an XLS file. CSV files can be imported to any data management program and creation software.

Management System - New templates for the mailing list module and an upgrade of the site duplication option location.

We have updated the new mailing list templates and the way the templates are chosen. Currently there are 5 templates supported by all recognized e-mailing software, such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Walla etc.

We have improved the position and the process of the site duplication, which is now available directly from the site management menu:

Mailing Lists Service - New integrated message templates.

Seven new message templates have been uploaded to the Mailing Lists tool - all of them meeting the accepted market standards. You can select the desired template, while creating a new mailing list message:

The default mailing list message template has been updated. You can create messages with the help of an advanced content editor, which allows custom message formatting to meet the webmaster needs.

Web Form Generator - Date field updated.

The Date field in the Form Generator has been improved - from now on you can select year without the need to browse months, which makes updating dates much easier and faster.

Express Website Builder - Updates in Multimedia tools and in shapes, as well as a new Favicon creation software.

A new Multimedia tool has been added, while some existing tools have been upgraded.
- We have uploaded a new video player that is able to play video files directly from your file manager. The tool features many options, such as auto play, loop and hiding/unhiding player controls.
- The same options are now available in the system’s integrated sound player.
- The sound and the video player can now be stretched to screen width.
- Additional features, including auto play, have been added to YouTube and Vimeo plugins.

We are pleased to inform you about a number of new additions that were developed in the recent weeks.

Express Website Builder - New Tools, Over 1,000 Icons and Several Dozens of New Fonts to Improve Your Website’s Looks.

Over a dozen of new designed fonts have been uploaded to the system. You can use the new fonts by selecting them from the fonts & text design window:
Design >> Select Fonts >> Font Manager Button >> Select the relevant writing system and pick the desired font types from the list.
We have added over a thousand new icons that can be implemented in your web design by a click of the mouse.
1266 custom design vector icons covering a range of topics are now available directly from your toolbar. The icons can be easily adjusted without affecting their quality, as well as hyperlinked to various targets. The icons can be found on the menu of draggable elements, in the Shapes category.

The coordinates box on the right now contains the Page Info button, which displays the full and the relative links of the current page.

E-commerce - New Order Management Options and Shipping Settings for Webmasters.

A new status - Pending Collection - has been added to order statuses.
In case the customer has chosen to collect the ordered product from the store, the store manager can now define Pending Collection status for this order. Once this status has been defined for an order, the customer will receive an automatic message notifying them that the order is pending collection in the store.

The option of changing delivery times for all products at once has been added.
From now on, you can change delivery time for your products with a single click, in your store settings.

Express Website Builder - Responsive Design and Adjustment to Mobile Devices.

Mobile page menu settings have been updated, and now the page menu will stretch to 100% of screen width. This change allows you to add new tools, such as search box and social sharing buttons, to the menu, as well as give longer page names that won’t be cut off.
General mobile menu display and management settings have been improved. If you’re using more than one menu in your website, the highest one will be automatically displayed in the site’s mobile version. Besides, you can choose to completely hide the page menu on mobile devices.

We are pleased to inform you about a number of new additions that were developed in the recent weeks.

Express Website Builder - Management Panel Improvements, New Tools and Design Options.

New Tools in the Management Interface:
- New audio player for playing files directly from your site.
  We have added an audio player that lets you play sound files stored in your website’s internal hosting space and not with 3rd party services.
- New HTML button in the advanced text editor.
  Advanced users, who need access to the source code, will now be able to view and edit it by pressing the recently added HTML button located on the text editor’s toolbar.
Improvements and Updates in the Management Interface:
- The site management interface has been updated in a way to adapt itself to the webmaster’s activity.
  The recently added buttons, such as Store, Blog and Manage Members, have been hidden under the Manage button. Once a button was used for the first time, it will automatically appear on the top toolbar.
- The Simple Text tool has been moved to the Popular category.
  This tool allows you to add a text box to the page. Simple Text offers a range of advanced text formatting options: shading, design settings concentrated in one location, cleaner source code, the possibility to create a hyperlink from the entire box, and more.
- The Multimedia category has been added to the list of draggable tools.
  This category contains all available multimedia tools, such as YouTube, Vimeo, audio player, etc.
- We’ve enabled preview options for both PC and Mobile versions of the site.
  From now on, in order to view your responsive website “through the visitor’s eyes”, just click on the Preview button at the top. Click the relevant icon to switch between the regular and the mobile versions of the site.
Design Options and New Icons for Social Networks.
- Two more template sets of social networking buttons have been added. From now on, you can click on Settings and select the set of buttons that perfectly matches your design.
- More social services have been introduced to the social bar: Wordpress, PayPal, Blogger, Tumblr, Picasa and RSS.

Forum - New Design and Also Available for Express Users.

Forum’s structure and design have been updated to match the new standards and to ensure smooth integration with other system tools.
The forum is now available for Express Website Builder users too.

Management Interface - New Image Editor for File Manager and Draggable Image Element.

The Pixlr image editor you’re familiar with has been replaced with a newer, more comfortable software. Besides all existing graphic-editing capabilities, the new image editor provides full support of Hebrew fonts.

Online store and mobile adaptability options update to ensure better browsing experience

We are pleased to inform you about a number of new additions that were developed in the recent months.

E-commerce - multiple improvements including new features and adjustments for responsive design in the Express Website Builder.

Update of product page, shopping cart and the design of the order page:
Buttons and boxes in the product page and shopping cart have been redesigned. In addition, the form in the order page has been adapted to match the store’s design pattern.
Improvement of order page for registred users:
When a registered user enters the online store, a Log In/Log out link and a link to his personal profile will appear. In the personal profile, the user will be able to view purchase history and current status of each order made by the user, while logged on to the system. The settings for registered users can be set up in Store >> Manage Store >> Store Settings >> General Settings >> Login Options for Customers.
Product page gallery improvements:
- Significant improvement of image and zoom quality in the gallery.
- Full screen option for product videos has been enabled.
- You can now add a product gallery not only to the default product template, but also to custom product page design: Store >> Manage Store >> Store Settings >> Product Page Design (“Zoomable product image or gallery”).
- Enlarging product images has become simpler - you just have to click on the thumbnail to enlarge, not on the magnifying glass.
Shopping Cart Improvements:
- A thumbnail image will be displayed next to the product name in the Cart.
- The Delete button in the Cart has been improved in terms of design.
Responsive Web Design has been applied to the store, adapting the store module of the Express Website Builder for display on touchscreen devices:
- Store Search box can now be added to the mobile website menu:
  Design >> Mobile Design >> Select search engine for the drop-down menu.
- Shopping Cart button with an icon and the number of products in the cart can also be added to the mobile menu:
  Design >> Mobile Design >> Add Cart Button to the drop-down menu.
- If the user has added products to the cart, a red baloon with the number of added products will appear on the menu.
- Product page is now completely adapted for responsive display on smartphones/tablets.
- Shopping Cart has also been adapted to mobile devices (it is recommended to check how this page looks and what kind of information is shown to visitors).
- The number of products in a line on the category page is now defined in accordance with screen dimensions of the mobile device and ignore settings defined for the site’s desktop version.
- Order confirmation page has been fully adapted to touch screen devices.
- Order page is also adjusted for display on smartphones and tablets.

Express Website Builder - New Tools, Updates and Improvements for Responsive Design.

- Social networks sharing buttons can now be added directly to page menu:
  Design >> Mobile Design >> Add Share Buttons to the drop-down menu.

Express Website Builder - Content Management Improvements

Page Menu - We have added the option of setting a separation line between page names on the horizontal page menu. The line can be set up in the menu’s style settings: Style >> Separation Line Width/Color.
Registered Member Access - You can now restrict any page for viewing by registered users only. In order to lock a page, go to Settings >> Security Settings on the relevant page and select “Restrict non-members from viewing this page”. Visitors browsing the restricted page will be required to log in to view its contents.

E-commerce

New! We’ve added a number of advanced features in the product page. Each product page can now feature a product image gallery with a zoom in effect on mouse hover. Additionally, a click on the magnifying glass will open the full-size image in a new window.
Product image gallery can be managed from Store >> Manage Store >> Manage Products >> Press “Settings” next to the relevant product >> Select “Manage Album”.
This option is currently available in default product template only, but it is expected to be added shortly to custom templates as well.
New! A YouTube or Vimeo video can now be added to a product page.
After enabling image gallery in a particular product and uploading an image, you can now press Manage and add a caption and a link to the video.
New! The automatic coupon code generator will help online store owners create discount coupons for their customers.
New! The system is now featuring a draggable button linking to the list of manufacturers registered in your e-commerce website.
Order Management - From now on, you can search products by name.
New! Related Products area has been added to the store’s General Settings. From now on, any settings dealing with related product can be controlled from there.
You can now display related products in each product page. To set up related products, go to Store Settings >> General Settings >> Related Products. Once this option is selected, the system will randomly display products belonging to the same category in each product’s page and will refer to them as related products. Alternatively, you can choose specific products to be displayed as related ones for a particular product page.
You can define the number of related products to be displayed in the shopping cart and in a product page. This setting is relevant for both random and manual options.
Design of Store System Pages - Some fixed system elements that can be found in the store, e.g. buttons and fields in such pages as Shopping Cart, Manufacturer List etc., were upgraded in terms of design to meet the latest standards.
Display adaptability to mobile devices: the mechanism responsible for adaptation of websites to mobile platforms has undergone major updates aimed at improving the display on smartphones and tablets (Express Website Builder only).
Upgrade! The store’s discount coupons can now be restricted to a date. If a coupon has expired, a relevant notification will appear.
Upgrade! A coupon can also be connected to a particular product. If the coupon code is entered, while the product is not in the cart, a relevant notification will appear.

New tools for the Express website builder, Product Management Improvements and More

We are glad to inform you that a number of significant improvements have been recently introduced to our systems.

E-commerce

Express website Builder - The new Store button added to the top tool bar allows adding products and product categories, as well as managing various e-commerce options.
Express Builder - The new E-commerce category has been added to the menu of draggable elements. It contains the following online store management tools:
- Store Search - a draggable search box which allows performing searches in product pages only. Can be placed anywhere in the website.
- Store Category Menu - this element displays all of your store categories. Can be placed anywhere in the website.
- Shopping Cart Button - A draggable element containing a fixed link to your store’s shopping cart.
Updates in Product Management: Store >> Manage Products.
- We’ve added a thumbnail next to each product.
- An icon that links directly to the product page as added.
- All product settings are now hidden in a dropdown selection box.
- In the Express Builder, all product and product category settings can be managed through Global Settings only.
- The content of the product page automatically adjusts and is displayed in the site's responsive mobile display.
General Notes:
- The image size for products has increased 10MB.
- It's now possible to design the store's color scheme via Store -> Manage Store -> Store Settings -> Design.

Express Builder - Blog

A new Blog button has been added to the top toolbar allowing creation of a blog in your website, adding blog entries and managing various blog settings.
It's now possible to update blog settings from the Global Settings area.

Express Builder - Content Management Improvements

We’ve added popping titles to all elements, which will appear each time you drag a new element over it, such that you would know where the new element will be located in terms of page structure. For example, if you drag an element to the upper part of the website, the name HEADER will appear. If you drag it into a box, we’ll see BOX popping up.
From now on, each time you drag a new element to a page, you will see guidelines that will help you align your elements in relation to other elements in the page. In order to see the guidelines, make sure that the magnet button in the coordinates toolbar is on (blue).
It's now possible to set fixed margins to all web pages from one central location: Design >> Content Design >> Top/Bottom Padding and Left/Right Padding.
The main toolbar will now be fixed and will always appear on the left.
New options were added to page and category settings: page templates, navigation menu (“breadcrumbs”) and more. The settings can be defined by clicking Pages >> Right-click on a page >> Edit Settings.
It's now possible to set Global Settings to all pages and categories in the website.

Express Builder - New Tools

The system is now featuring the Search Box element. Can be dragged anywhere in the website. Located on the main toolbar >> Apps >> Search.
Mailing List is now available in the system, draggable to anywhere in the website. Located on the main toolbar >> Apps >> Mailing List.
You can now add fixed side menus. Once you’ve added a side menu, you can freely drag elements into it and design it by clicking on the meny and then selecting Style. To add a fixed side menu, go to Design >> Content Design >> check the checkbox next to Display Right/Left Menu.
We’ve added the possibility to create content templates. You can create premade objects and drag them anywhere in your website. Located on the main toolbar >> Apps >> Content Templates.
The new element called Category Content can display links and summaries of pages contained in various categories throughout your website. The element can be dragged anywhere in the website. Located on the main toolbar >> Apps >> Category Content.

Express Builder - Background Gradient Color Transition
It's now possible to freely and limitlessly combine background colors of page content, boxes, side menus and strips, using custom combinations or pre-made gradient transition templates. While defining design settings of an element, you can press on “Set Gradient” next to Background Color.

Resellers - Managing and Filtering Templates on Customer Sign-up
The template management tool available to resellers has been updated. From now on, you can change the templates’ order of appearance, filter them and perform other related actions. The update is relevant to both website builder versions.
To manage templates, log in to your reseller account >> Account Settings >> General Settings >> Select Templates next to the relevant language.

Multiple Languages, Video Galleries and Other Updates

In recent months, we have been following the new Express website builder that was launched earlier this year, and we have received a lot of feedback and support from our new customers and those who have dared to redesign their existing websites with the help of this brand new software.

Just to remind you, it’s a totally free-float "drag and drop" management interface based on HTML5 and CSS3, which create an unforgettable user experience for both webmasters and site visitors.

Following are some most prominent updates implemented to the Express Website Builder:

Multi-Language Support - Your website can now support several languages, while each language can have its own domain name and operate as a separate website. To add another language please follow these steps:
Manage >> More Options >> Languages >> Add/Edit Language
Image Gallery - Video Uploading - We have significantly upgraded our image galleries, and right now your galleries are able to display both static images and videos.
The Album tool is now equipped with an Upload Videos button, which allows you to add YouTube and Vimeo videos right to your gallery. The system will automatically generate the video thumbnail, which can be replaced manually with a custom image of your choice.
Linkable Boxes (Strip, Circle and Regular Box) - From now on, you can create a hyperlink from a box, a strip or a circle shape. Left-click on an element and select the Link option.
New Color Palette - Select any color and its degree of brightness with the new tool. Each selected color will be saved by the system (up to 20 saves), so that you’ll be able to choose it from the shortlist in any other system tool.
EasyText - It is a beta tool, which allows you to divide your textual content into units and easily implement design settings to each unit - just click on a unit and select Design in the dropdown box.
This new tool offers the following new features: linking entire text units, text unit design, text shadows, line space and character space settings, etc.
The new draggable tool is located on the main element menu, under the Apps category.
Animated Transition Between Anchors - In order to activate animated transition between anchors, you should first define animated transition between pages: Design >> Content Design >> Select Transition Effect from the dropdown box (anything but “No”).
Category and Subcategory Settings - We’ve added some advanced options to the category and subcategory settings, and from now on, you can set a dropdown menu, define page description and more. To manage category settings, right click on the relevant category name in the page manager and then select Edit Settings >> Category or Subcategory Definitions.
Personal Templates - You can now create and manage custom page templates. To manage a page template, click the Add (+) button on the top toolbar and then select the template icon to the right of the template selection box.

These are just a selection out of dozens of updates implemented since the beginning of the year. You are welcome to log on and check them out yourself. In addition, we will appreciate any feedback, criticism or suggestions.

On this occasion, we would like to note that in recent months we have made significant upgrades in the company’s infrastructures. The major updates include transition to cloud technology, upgrade of our mail servers and many more improvements.

New Drag-and-Drop Tools, New Galleries and Other Upgrades

Drag-and-Drop - New Image Gallery Templates
A number of new, spectacular image gallery templates have been uploaded to the Drag-and-Drop interface. In order to view the updates, please drag the Album tool to the page and select from the available templates.

Drag-and-Drop - Image Resizing Option
The image resizing option has been upgraded, now you can resize an image by pulling the surrounding orange dashed line.

Drag-and-Drop - New Content Editor
The content editor that was used for editing elements such as Header, Text and Paragraph has been replaced by a newer, more advanced editor. The new editor is faster and much handier than the previous version.

Drag-and-Drop - New Tools
A number of new draggable tools have been added to the interface:

The new Content Template icon has been added to the Modules category. The new tool allows dragging pre-made content templates to the page.
Another addition to the Modules is the new Category Content icon, which allows displaying a list of pages out of a category within the page’s content.
One more newly added icon under the Modules is the Language Bar - by dragging it you will be able to add a language bar to a multilanguage website.

Drag-and-Drop - Container Settings
Some new options have been added to the container (div) design section in the drag-and-drop interface. The “Container Settings” button is located next to the “Delete” button in any of the Drag-and-Drop tools. The following is the list of updated features:

System Image Bank
The built-in system free image bank has undergone minor upgrade:

Two new buttons: “Popular Images” and “New Images”.

File Upload
The process of uploading a file to a page (image, flash etc.) has been upgraded too:

The file selection window has been redesigned and rearranged for better convenience.
The file will be added directly to the page - the redundant “Add” button has been removed.
During the upload, the process bar will be displayed signifying the upload speed.

Forums
The Forum tool has also been improved in terms of design and functionality. Besides the modernized look, the forum search mechanism has been upgraded, and now the search results are much faster and more accurate.

Virtual Store
The Virtual Store tool has been improved by a number of new functional codes added to the Advanced Design section (Manage Store >> Store Settings >> Advanced Design):

Mobile Website Manager

The new management interface, which is now available to users, was built and designed to facilitate site management and improve user experience. The recent updates were aimed at improving the system’s intuitivity and providing faster reaction.

Help Button
From now on, a click on the renewed “Help” button will open a window containing a collection of instruction videos, as well as full access to the Support Center.

Dozens of New Design Templates
Several dozen new templates have been recently uploaded to the system and are now available for free to new customers, who wish to open a new websites, as well as to the existing customers, who may replace an old template with a new one by going to Design >> Change Template.

Drag-and-Drop - Draggable Top Menu
The new templates are equipped with a brand new feature - a draggable top menu that can now be moved to any location with your mouse. Please note that this option is available in the newest templates only and is applicable exclusively in the Drag-and-Drop interface. If you hover on the top menu, you will be able to grab it with your mouse and relocate it to any desired position within the site’s header. In addition to that, you can now access to the menu’s management area by clicking the newly added buttons at the top of the menu.

Advanced Design with CSS3
From now on, CSS3 selectors (<, >, *, [, ], etc.) may be used in the CSS area (Design >> Advanced Design >> CSS) - this upgrade will greatly improve the system’s design flexibility.

Webmail Client Upgrade
The system’s webmail client has been upgraded to the next version, which includes the latest development of the interface adjusted to cellular phones, so that a customer might manage their mailboxes via a mobile device. The mobile interface is available via the following link: http://webmail.MyDomain/MEWebMail/Mobile/MessageList.aspx (do not forget to replace MyDomain with your custom domain name).

Drag-and-Drop Feature, Time Settings, Virtual Store, Form Generator and more...

We are glad to introduce to you a number of recently developed and implemented system updates.

Drag-and-Drop Interface

From now on, it is possible to change column width in all drag-and-drop layout templates. In order to apply, drag one of the templates to the page, click on the menu option and select “Change size”.
Another new feature is draggable buttons with different design styles that can serve the users to link to pages and external URLs. You can find the tool under the “Text” tab in the drag-and-drop menu.
There is a new feature allowing to play YouTube videos in a loop. Just check the “Would you like to play the video in a loop?” option in the video’s settings.
A number of new gallery templates have been added, as well as the option of changing a template without having to add the gallery all over again.
The new “Move forward” and “Move backward” functions have been added to the header. Now you can arrange tools and elements in the header by placing them “higher” or “lower” on the Z-axis. The option may be found in the tool’s container (div) settings.
The maps tool has been upgraded to the next version with improved visibility and new options such as zoom and map display language.
A “Replace image” button has been added to image options.
From now on you can restore older content versions from backup in drag-and-drop pages as well. In order to apply, press the “More” button and select the “Older Versions” option.

Time Settings (GMT)

Now it is possible to define a preferred time zone, time and date format. The change of these settings will apply in all of the site’s areas, such as: page creation time, page comments, forum entries etc. In order to adjust the time settings, go to Tools >> Site Profile >> Time Zone.

Virtual Store

You can now round off product prices, while implementing general changes in your products. The option is available in Tools >> Virtual Store >> Store Settings >> General Settings.
It is now possible to limit your store coupons by a maximum amount of uses or to restrict them to registered users only.
From now on you can enter decimal numbers, while loading the coupon discount amount.
The Order Status button, as well as Confirm/Cancel buttons have been replaced with AJAX-based buttons, which means you no longer need to refresh the whole page to view the changes.

Forms

The automatic reply option has been added to the Form Generator. In response to a submitted form message, the system will automatically send an email notification to the user. The message will be sent only if the form contains a specially designated e-mail field, which was properly filled out.
The calendar tool that allows date and time updates has been upgraded to the next version.
The inquiry status button is now powered by AJAX, which eliminates the necessity to reload the whole page after each operation.

Statistics

Every table in the stats tool has received another column that will display percentage, as well as the summary line that will summarize the statistical data presented in the table.
The statistics tool has been upgraded to a newer version.

Side Page Menu and Top Page Menu

From now on, users have access to the classes of top page menu buttons, top dropdown menu, side menu and side dropdown menu. It allows more flexibility in terms of menu links’ custom design, which helps differentiate them from other types of links on the website. In order to apply, please use custom CSS code.

Virtual Store

Online Payment – Several new credit card clearing services are now available:
- Z-Credit.
- Arkom.
- Authorize.Net.
- Pelecard – Now available in the Iframe environment as well.
Product Add-ons:
- Display Types – The new option allows site owners to select from various add-on display types: selection box, radio button and checkbox.
- Add-on Templates – This upgrade enables users to set add-on templates. Each template may be connected to multiple products and any change implemented to the template will directly affect the connected products.
Orders List – The page displaying the list of orders has been improved, and now the data are presented in a quicker and a more convenient way.

Drag-and-Drop Feature

Image Management Buttons:
- Improved in terms of design.
- A new button has been added that allows direct access to the visual editor (Pixlr).
- “Enlarge/shrink Image” feature has been upgraded.
A new drag-and-drop element added: “separation line”.
Text editor replaced by a newer version – the new editor is much faster and handier than its predecessor.
If you drag an element of the type “Header” into the sites header area, it will automatically inherit the header's current design settings (if any).
The Drag-and-Drop content editor has been upgraded with a new font size: 7 (34pt).

Forms Generator

Draggable fields – now you can define the order of your fields in a form by simply dragging them.
Field preview samples – while adding a new field to a form, you can preview it before the field has actually been added.
From now on, it is possible to define the location of the text relative to the field: “Above field”, “Next to field (far)” and “Next to field (close)”. The option can be found in the form's general settings.
It is now possible to receive text message notifications from a form to several cell phone numbers simultaneously.
The page displaying incoming form messages has been sufficiently upgraded in terms of layout and functionality.

General

Page Management – New options have been added in the page management menu (Top Menu, Side Menu etc.). The new options are the following: Standard Pages, Products, Blogs, Articles. For further information press here.
Favicon – A new automatic Favicon tool has been introduced in the system.
Statistics – The Statistics main page has been equipped with a data summary table.
File Management – You can now view file details in a new, more comfortable layout.
HTML editor – Upgraded to the newest version.
Tools – A “Last Use” buffer has been added to the Tools area.
Forums – An updated anti-spam system has been developed.

Recent Interface Updates, Virtual Store, Drag-and-Drop, New Graphs and More...

Management Interface – Updated!

Background color of the top toolbar was changed in order to highlight the buttons.
The Homepage button at the top was improved.
The font of links in the Page Management section was enlarged, the transition between menus has undergone significant improvement, detailed explanations have been added to the tool. You can close the explanations by clicking the downward arrow button.
The “Add new” button has been transferred to the topmost toolbar, replaced with the “+” sign and integrated into the “Pages” button. The dropdown window, that used contained menu types, has been eliminated and replaced with a pop-up window, wherein you may select the menu you are willing to add a page to.
The design settings area has been upgraded.

Drag-and-Drop Interface – Upgraded!

Our custom drag-and-drop interface has been significantly improved and is now available to users again. In order to activate it, go to Tools >> Site Profile >> Interface Settings >> Select v.6 with Drag-and-Drop. Once you add a new page, it comes equipped with a drag-and-drop toolbar, which allows you to build and design pages in a simpler, more intuitive manner.

Virtual Store >> Shopping Cart Update!

From now on, as soon as a user completes an order, the shopping cart will be cleared, whether or not the order was successful. However, if the customer wants to restore the last order, he should simply return to the shopping cart and press the “Restore Last Order” button. The button will be visible to users, who have completed at least one order.

Virtual Store >> Order Charging/Editing – New Feature!

A new button, allowing the store owner to edit existing order details, has been added. Upon implementing the changes, the store owner may proceed with charging the order. In order to view this option, go to Tools >> Virtual Store >> Orders >> Edit/Charge Order.

Virtual Store >> Charging by Means of Tokens – New Feature!

The option of charging orders by means of credit card data used for previous orders is now available. It must be noted though that no sensitive information, such as customers' credit card details, is ever being stored in the system. Each credit card number is replaced with a unique token (number) issued by the credit card clearing company. To view this option, go to Tools >> Virtual Store >> Orders >> Order Charging Panel.

Statistical Graphs >> Updated!

The graphs representing various statistical data for websites have been upgraded in terms of design and performance. Now they are much clearer, more convenient and boasting a refreshed look. Besides, each graph can now be exported as an image and even printed out. To view an example, go to Tools >> General >> Resources.

Translation System >> New Feature!

Starting today, you too can help us translate the system into multiple languages. Just go to Tools >> “New! Help us translate the system!” and contribute to bringing our website builder worldwide!

Credit Card Processing, Side Menu Manager, Console Pages and More...

Additional Credit Card Clearing Options in the Virtual Store:

New credit card clearing companies – two new companies have been added.
Tools >> Virtual Store >> Store Settings >> Payment Methods.
*   GBPremium – An Israeli credit card clearing company, that provides a multi-language interface and allows customers working in various kinds of environment: iFrame and Direct (for more details, visit the Online Support Center).
*   Google Checkout – This is Google's official online payment processing service that provides customer with the Direct environment only (similar to PayPal). More detailed instructions regarding this option may be found in the Support Center. Note! At this point, Google Checkout registers accounts
  for US and UK residents only, whereas payments may be accepted from any country.
*   Credit Guard – From now on a range of keys (J2, J4, J5) is available for customers working with Credit Guard.

Side Menu Manager – Some Significant Upgrades:

We have replaced two separate pages responsible for the right and the left menu with one unified page, where you can manage both menus simultaneously.
On the new management page, there is no need to define a tool's position by assigning it a number. Now you can simply drag it to its designated place.
Two additional options have been added to every side menu tool:
* Display/Hide border.
* Display/Hide title.
Since both menus are now being managed on a single page, there is no need pondering to which side you would move the menu – just push the relevant button.
Two new tools have been introduced: Facebook “Like” button and a toolbar of most popular social networks' “Share” buttons.

Updated Console Pages and Some Design Touches Throughout the System:

A new Virtual Store console page has been uploaded. At this point, the page will display the list of the most recently submitted orders, as well as statistical data regarding to recently made transactions and some new control buttons (Tools >> Virtual Store).
Site Profile's console page has been updated as well. It has been equipped with refurbished new icons that were designed to make your navigation easier (Tools >> Site Profile).
Renewed console page and side menu has been added to the system's SEO area (Tools >> SEO).
The side menu of the new Statistics tool has been completely redesigned (Tools >> Statistics).

Photo Gallery – Template #2:

Template #2 from the list of photo galleries has been upgraded to a newer version. From now on, it will work in a more stable, fast and visually pleasant manner.

New Image Editor, Recently Modified Pages and More...

The tools submenu was poorly visible and inconvenient for you?
We have upgraded the side submenu of system tools, and from now on it boasts a refreshed look, it is larger and much more convenient for users. Adjust the settings for your tools in a quicker and handier manner. View an example in Tools >> Virtual Store >> Store Settings.

Edit your images easily with Pixlr – an advanced graphic design program!
From now on you can edit your images by means of an advanced graphic editor, that is embedded into your file manager. The editor can be activated by pressing the “Edit” button next to each image file.

New Feature – Recently Modified Pages:
We have added a significant new option to the Menu dropdown box in the Page Management section. Click on the “Recently modified” link and view the list of 20 most recently updated pages.

A customer would like to see the complete list of orders he has made in my store. What to do?
Starting today, every site member will be able to view the list of orders he has ever placed in a simple and intuitive manner. Any notification mail the user receives, when his order's status is being updated, contains a link to the complete order list. It must be noted that in order to view the list, the user must be logged in.

Updates in page URL settings
A number of additional languages are now available for creating custom page URLs: English, Hebrew, Russian (Cyrillic), Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, French, German, Greek, Hawaiian, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic.

Language Domain – Now simpler, easier and more effective:
The procedure of attaching a unique domain to additional languages in your website has been completely altered. Today you can define to which languages your domains will be attached straight from the domains list. There is no need to switch to the list of languages to accomplish that. Simply go to Tools >> Website URL >> All Domains >> Add Domain >> Select Language.

Saved a change in your website and you don't remember when?
In case you would like to trace back all recently saved changes and figure out the exact date and time of each, we now have got the right tool for you. Go to Tools >> Site Profile >> Activity Report and view the complete list of the actions you have performed in your website in the last six months.

We have received lots of comments regarding the features the users would like to have in their new management interface. Every inquiry got the most serious attention. Below follows the list of updates aimed at facilitating your transition to the new management interface. The list includes a number of important additions that will help you take your website several steps forward.

Store Order Status Update:
This one is quite an important update to the Virtual Store tool. Before this day, you had to inform your customers regarding their order statuses by sending emails manually or calling them by phone. Now you can do it by a single click. The order status is the actual stage of processing each order undergoes in your virtual store, such as: pending payment, pending confirmation, pending shipment and so forth.
In order to inform your customer about each status update, go to Tools >> Virtual Store >> Orders. Here, you can update each order by selecting its current status in the recently added “Select status” selection box.
Once the status has been selected, the customer will receive an automatic notification about his order's updated status. The notification will be sent to the email address specified in order details.
In addition, a new filtering system has been uploaded, which allows you to filter orders by their status. To activate this feature, please use the new selection box located next to the search box, within the virtual store's order list.

Adding anchors in the text editor:
As you know, the old interface was notorious for its uncomfortable and awkward system of anchors. We did our best to improve this feature in the new version of the management panel.
Today, creating an anchor consists of only 3 simple steps:

Add an anchor to the content by clicking the “flag” button located on the editor's toolbar.
Select the anchored content and click the “Add link” button on the toolbar.
Select the “Anchor” option from the list and choose the relevant anchor name from the dropdown box.

Yes, it is indeed as easy as it seems. Only 3 clear, simple and effective actions will make your anchors work.

Adding pictures from the system's image database:
From now on, the new management interface allows you to freely make use of the system's home image gallery. While in the content editor of any of your site's pages (or any other tool), click on the Image button on the toolbar and select the new option - “Choose from system image database”. In the pop-up window that emerges immediately, you will be able to browse through dozens of images that may come in handy, while designing your website.

Form Generator – Permanent Form Deletion:
A new feature is now available! In case you would like to permanently delete a form, you are now able to do that. Go to Tools >> Forms >> Form List >> Recycle Bin >> Delete permanently.
Attention! A permanently deleted form cannot be restored!

For the sake of your comfort, a number additional features were added to image attributes:

Now you can add horizontal and vertical margins to any picture.
A preview feature has been added to images.
There are new options for aligning images, while every change will be immediately visible in the preview, so that you might tweak your picture's position in the most effective manner.
There is now a possibility to replace the current picture directly through image properties.

Hot Updates – Language Domain, Website Design, Form Generator and Many More

Free Language Domain:

Yes, you got it right. From now on, you can associate each language in your site with a different domain, absolutely free of charge.
In order to accomplish that, go to Tools >> Languages >> Edit >> Selection of domain for the language.

Form Generator – Form Recovery:

Wiped off a form by mistake? Don't know what to do? There is no need to worry, from now on a deleted form can be easily restored. A special recycle bin has been added to the Form Generator. Each deliberately or unintentionally deleted form will be kept there for 30 days in order to provide the site owner with the opportunity to change his mind and undelete it. If the form has not been restored during this period, it will be permanently eliminated from the system.
The new recycle bin can be found in Tools >> Forms >> Recycle Bin.

The Old Interface:

In a couple of days, we will say our last goodbye to the system's old management interface. In case you have not yet switched to the new interface, now it is high time you checked it out.

General Updates:

Category Contents Import – The old default template has been replaced with a new, upgraded one.
Path: Edit Content >> Gadget >> Importing Category >> Select Category.
All system buttons and fields have received a slight design twist.
Design Templates – Now the preview of design templates is more user-friendly.
Path: Tools >> Design Templates.
Import Tool – For all those, who make use of the Import Tool, it has undergone a massive upgrade, the scanning and importing processes having been sufficiently improved.
Website Design – A new “Save” button has been added. The new button allows you to save changes, while still remaining in the design control interface. Upon saving the changes, the preview window will be automatically refresh in order to display the recent changes.

System Update - New Credit Card Clearing Options at the Virtual Store

We are happy to inform you that the Development Team have introduced new updates related to various credit card clearing companies. Below please find the list of most recent updates:

Online payments with Pelecard now in English as well:
As you already know, the brand new “direct” payment clearing environment was previously made compatible with Pelecard. From now on, the mechanism’s interface will be dependent on your website’s major language.
For example: a webmaster, who is managing his website in Hebrew, will be exposed to the Hebrew interface, whereas speakers of other languages will be able to communicate with Pelecard in English. As soon as Pelecard introduces additional languages to their system, we will add this option to the API as soon as possible, in order to make the user experience even more pleasant.

Credit card clearing with CreditGuard:
We are glad to announce that CreditGuard company and our Development Team have accomplished the development of the API between the systems based on the “direct” environment. If you have been looking forward to using the services of CreditGuard with our CMS, you can now plug in and define your personal settings in our management interface.
In order to activate online payment with CreditGuard, please log in to the management interface and go to Tools >> Virtual Store >> Store Settings >> Payment Options >> CreditGuard.

Dozens of new design template have been uploaded:
We have recently added several dozens of brand new design templates, that are now available to online. You can select them, while registering a new website in our system. If you would like to check them out, click on the link to open a new website and select the New Templates category.

New updates to the content management system

The Development Team are constantly upgrading and updating the system, please find below the list of most recent updates:

- The new, more organized way of managing content:
Following the previous report, another new tool has been introduced to the system - “Manage Pages”. This tool allows you to manage pages in a more organized, comfortable and effective manner. The tool displays the complete list of existing site pages, while each page's settings may be set separately, with regard to the page type (blog, product, content page, etc.).
Please notice that all the options you are already familiar with from the old page management tool were preserved intact in the new one. Moreover, you can access the content editor from the new tool directly. The only option that has not yet been added to the new page management tool is transition of pages between the site's menus – this feature is planned to be activated in the nearest future and aimed at optimizing the work of a webmaster.

- Importing Tool:
You must already be familiar with the recently introduced Central Pages tool, and if you are not, it's high time you made acquaintance with it.
The tool is largely divided into two parts:
Homepage Tool: “Tools” >> “Homepage Settings” – Here you can select the preferred homepage type with regard to your website's concept.
Central Pages: “Manage Pages” >> “Add New” >> “Central Pages” >> Select desired page type.
The tool has been added in order to concentrate and focalize your content by type in specially designated locations. For example, if you are managing a virtual store and would like to display your products on the homepage in a more convenient manner, you can achieve that by selecting the relevant homepage type. At the same time, if you are not interested in changing your current homepage, but still want to display a certain type of products on a separate page, you can add a central page and forward the products to it.
Besides, this week we have finished developing two additional types of central pages / homepages designed for e-commerce purposes:
Recently added products – this type of page will display all of your site's products, while each sub-page will contain 12 products, with the most recently added ones heading the list.
Products on sale – the pages of this type will display, in a concentrated manner, all products that were defined as products on sale (in “Product Settings”).
To recapitulate, the following types of central pages/homepages have so far been added to your inventory: articles, blogs and 3 types of virtual store pages.

- Change of font size in the “Manage Pages” and “Tools” sections of the control panel:
As you might have noticed, the font in the “Manage Pages” and “Tools” sections has been enlarged. The text now looks much clearer and more legible.

- Dozens of new design templates have been added:
We have uploaded dozens of new design templates that are currently available to webmasters at the stage of starting a new website. To view the new templates, click the link to register a new website and push the “New Templates” button on the left menu.

A More Advanced Statistics, Blog Import, Albums Upgrade and New Design Templates

During the course of the last week, we have added several new tools and improvements. Here is the list of the updates:
- A new way to organize contents
For the tools managed by the "Tools" menu, we have added the possibility of managing the pages directly via the tools list. From now on, you can manage your products via "Tools" >> "Virtual store" >> "Manage products" (in the lefthand menu). In a similar fashion, you are able to manage blog posts via the "Blog" tool and articles by pressing "Articles". This option provides the webmaster with a possibility to manage contents using new and organized interfaces, while improving the user experience and without the need to go back to "Pages" in order to make changes.
- New statistics to the virtual store
The users, who enjoy the new interface, are now able to view advanced statistics for the virtual store. In order to reach it, visit "Tools" >> "Virtual store" >> "Advanced statistics" (in the lefthand menu). This tool provides you with slicing and relevant statistics for your virtual store. For example: the bestselling product, the member who completed the most orders, the day of the week in which most orders were made, and many more. We believe that this tool will provide virtual store owners with new capabilities and options for smarter management of their stores.
- Importing of external blogs
Owners of external blogs are now able to import their blogs to our system in a swift and easy manner, to allow them to present their contents within their websites - with no need to write the same post twice! This tool can be found inside "Tools" >> "Blog" >> "Import blog", and it allows you to enter the RSS address of the blog to the system and define the interval for checking for new posts. If you have an external blog - you can enjoy presenting your blog inside your own brand, within your website, quickly and automatically!
- Dozens of new templates to choose from
We have added dozens of new templates availible to website owners, when opening up a new website. If you'd like to check them out, click the link that leads you to opening a new website, and click the new templates link next to the templates preview list.
- The albums were upgraded with global settings
Now it is possible to set global settings for all the albums within the website! To use this tool, refer to "Tools" >> "Photo album" and choose "Album global setting" on the lefthand menu. This window allows you to set the display options for all of the album pages in your website, in one swift action.
- We have added the system updates window to the new interface
Our clients, who enjoy the new interface, are now able to see the latest system updates in the general view of the "Tools" section. You can find the updates on the right side of the window, allowing you to remain posted anytime with the latest system updates!
- Choosing the order of the pages
From now on, some of the tools we offer can display items arranged by the order you choose! To reach this option, you may enter "Tools" and choose "Blog", "Articles" or "Virtual store". This display now offers you two new buttons above the items list: "Sort by publish date" and "Sort by categories". Clicking the corresponding link will arrange the items in the chosen manner.
We continue to develop and create, and we hope that you are making the most out of the tools we add regularly to the system.

The System's Most Recent Innovations - Central Pages and Article Pages

During the course of the last few days, the developers have been working hard to add new tools and features to our system, in compliance with customers' demands. The updates are:
- A brand new way to display the homepage
A new button has been added to the "Tools" menu, called "Homepage settings". This button allows the website owner to repurpose the homepage with a single click: a regular content page, a homepage for a blog website that includes the latest posts, and a virtual store homepage that displays the products chosen to appear on the homepage. All you have to do is click the "Select" button near the required type, and the system will do the rest of the job - instantly and easily!

- Central pages have been added to the system
Central pages are pages that gather selected data from various locations. At this stage, there are two kinds of central pages: for blogs and products. You can add a central page to your menu by clicking "Add new" >> "Central pages" and clicking the required page. A central page for blogs will display the latest blog posts in one central page, and a products central page will perform the same action for products. This enables the website owner to display a page that is not neccesarily a category that contains these items, while improving the ease of use and the overall visitor experience.
- It is now possible to create article pages
A new page type has been added to the system - the article pages. The benefit of creating article pages and placing written content within them is that such pages were specifically constructed to display articles - for quicker and more targeted scan. In order to create such pages, click "Add new" and point on "Articles". The dropdown menu will allow you to create article categories and single articles.
Additionally, the "Global settings" tool has been updated to control and define global settings for article pages and categories as well.

New Interface - New Capabilities, Blog Management Tool, Security Upgrades and Mor

During the course of the last couple of weeks, we have uploaded several important updates and changes to the management system – to benefit our clientele. Here is the summary of these changes:

- A new product manager was uploaded to the new interface!
For the users of the new interface, a new tool is now offered to manage products and product categories from within the tool list, swiftly and comfortably. To access this tool, click “Virtual store” and then “Manage products”. You will see the list of product categories, next to content and setting editing buttons, right next to a list of possible actions to be performed on every category. The products themselves are accessible by clicking the category, with new buttons that add more products located on the upper side of every page.

- Blog management system was added to the new interface!
Those of you who have switched to the new interface, are now welcome to enjoy a new blogging tool, that allows you to manage blogs and posts within your website. You can access this feature by clicking “Tools” >> “Blog”. Pressing the “Add blog” button will start a new blog. Clicking a blog will allow you to add posts into it. Enjoy your writing!

- The ability to replace the header was added to the new interface!
Users of the new interface are now able to replace the header of their website in one swift action. To accomplish this, first click the arrow next to “Design”, followed by clicking “Replace header”. Within this tool, you can browse pre-made headers by category, click the desired header and immediately see how it would look in your website. Clicking “Save changes” will result in the replacing of the current header with the new one.

- New file uploader!
We have also updated the upload ability for files and album images by adding an option to upload without a Flash-based uploading tool. Users that do not have an updated version of the Flash Player installed are now able to upload files, by changing the upload type from “Upload using Flash” to “Simple upload”.

- Additional table editing options were added to the new interface!
Website owners who manage tables in their pages will find out that the “Table properties” window, as well as the tool that adds a new table, were upgraded with various new options. Those options increase the flexibility of this tool and provide you with additional editing possibilities.

- Mailbox security upgrade!
All of our customers that use branded mailboxes that are managed by our servers, already enjoy upgraded security of their mailboxes. Most of those changes were performed “backstage”, so no action is required to enjoy more secure mailboxes. One of the changes you can already see is the demand for stronger mailbox passwords. When opening up a new mailbox, users are required to choose strong passwords, so that no one would be able to guess or easily memorize them.

Our developers are constantly working to upgrade the system with new tools and abilities. As always, we will be glad to manifest feedbacks and feature requests into actual tools. We thank every customer who took the time to send us suggestions and ideas!

Improvements in Virtual Store, Mailing List Tools and Cross-browser Compatibility

Following numerous requests submitted by customers, in the last few days we have uploaded several important updates. Here is the summary of the updates:

- The Mailing List tool was updated with a new feature: it is now possible to import addresses!
In order to import an existing file with email addresses to your mailing list, access “Tool list” >> “Mailing lists” >> “General”. Two new buttons were added to that page – import and export.
Using the import button will allow you to upload to the system an Excel file that includes a list of addresses. You are required to upload a file that was built using our pre-defined template, which you can download from the import window. You can either modify an existing file to attain similarity with the template, or paste data into the template file.
Additionally, the export button allows you to export an Excel file of all the subscribers.
It is important to keep in mind that the website owner is responsible for the contents of the imported file, in terms of making sure that everyone did apply for mailing list subscription, and the file meets the criteria dictated by local spam legislation.

- The Coupons tool from the virtual store now accepts discounts in fixed amounts, not only in percents.
In order to use this new tool, you should visit “Tool list” >> “Virtual store” >> “Coupons”. When adding a new coupon, you can now set the discount rate in your local currency, as well as in percents of the total sum.
Be aware that the system will not allow to use a coupon that provides a discount that exceeds the sum of the order itself, to prevent negative payment.

- Improved interface compatibility with new browsers.
We have conducted a series of tweaks and updates of the management interface, to make it work better with brand new browsers, such as Internet Explorer 9. Owners of updated browsers will enjoy a faster, more fluent user experience, due to those modifications. We will take this opportunity to urge the owners of outdated browsers to upgrade to the latest versions of your browsers – making sure that you will have a better experience using our system and the Internet in general, as well as remaining more secure.
Note that the updates were made to the management interface – websites that are built using our system have always been and will always remain cross-browser compatible, in correlation with proper construction and proper use of the system's various tools.

We will continue upgrading and adding to the system's capabilities to remain on the technological front, and we thank you for the constant feedback and the interest in our system. We will continue to make our best efforts to implement most of the feedback we get.

The Most Recent Updates for the System's New Interface

Here is a list of updates to our website building system, divided by the relevant interface version:

New interface updates:

1. 301 Redirections Tool – this tool is aimed to assist domain and promoted website owners to migrate to our system or redirect URL addresses within the system, without losing the SEO advantage. This tool allows you to set an old path and a new path and the system will redirect the visitor accordingly. This tool is available at “Tools” >> “Analyzing & Advertising Tools” >> “Site promotion” >> “301 Redirections”.

2. A brand new Statistics Tool has been introduced - This upgraded system displays much more information than the old statistics tool. This tool is available at “Tools” >> “General” >> “Statistics”. Be aware that those who migrate from the old statistics tool must enable data collection with the new tool, and allow it enough time to start collecting data.
3. Global Settings Tool - The new interface introduced a tool that allows a webmaster to swiftly change settings for all of the pages, categories, products, product categories and blogs – with one action. This tool allows you to define a collection of settings once, then apply it to all of the pages of the same type. This tool is located at “Tools” >> “Global settings”.
4. CSS Editing Tool – advanced users are now able to access the CSS code directly when using the new interface. This saves the trouble of uploading and managing a separate file and declaring it within the code. This tool is located under “Tools” >> “Custom CSS”.
5. The editor was upgraded – the built-in word-like editor was upgraded and it now produces lighter, more compliant code. It also includes a more advanced HTML editor that offers line numbering, colorization and more.

Updates to both interfaces:
1. Publishing date editing for several types of pages – now you can set the publishing date for pages (relevant to Import Category and Blog tools. This setting is located under “Edit settings” of each page >> “General settings” >> “Publication Date”.
2. New templates for product pages and product boxes - We have added many new templates for those of you who use custom product page and product box designs. These pages are located under “Store settings” >> “Advanced design” and “Product Page Design”, next to the editor. Clicking a template will place it inside the editor, allowing you to customize it further.
3. New templates for pages and categories - that will assist you in presenting such pages in a sophisticated manner without any hassle. These templates are located inside the “Edit Settings” window for pages and categories, within the “General settings” area. There you can select a template of your choice from the dropdown box. Notice that some of the templates include built-in social network buttons!
4. Upgrades to the page headers – the page headers were upgraded too with new additional templates. You can access those via “Design” >> “Edit headers for pages”. Next to the editor you will find a box that contains new custom-made page header templates.

Number of changes and updates to our website builder

During the last few days, several updates were introduced to our system:

1. Internal explanations - We have added tooltips to various locations within the interface, depicting tips and proper usage instructions.
Wherever you see a balloon with the letter "i" inside - you can hold your mouse over it and the tip will appear.
We are perpetually adding new tooltips wherever required, for your convenience.

2. Form generator update - We have upgraded the form generator and it is now possible to add 200 fields to a single form (the previous limit was 100).
Raising the bar allows you to add many features to a single form, such as mediators, textual explanations and more.

3. Search gadget - The search mechanism has been upgraded to enhance the effectiveness of the search.
From now on, the tool will seach by multi-word queries as well and will display suitable results for each of the words, and word combinations altogether.
Additionally, this tool used to ignore moderating words - the improved algorithm now knows how to see such words as a part of an expression, providing smarter results.

4. Virtual store - A new option was added, so that from now on, virtual store owners can choose to hide the credit card details while viewing the order details.
This gives the webmaster the freedom to print a copy for themselves that includes the credit card information, and a copy that doesn't contain any sensitive information.

5. Poll system - The polls have been updated and it is now possible to remove an image from a poll.

Several updates to the management system

During the passing weeks we have added a number of new features to the system. The changes are as follows:

1. New options were added for category importing via "Category settings" (as opposed to using the Gadget tool). The options are: displaying pages from sub-categories, choosing the number of pages to be displayed and the use of templates for category importing.

You can access these options via the "Edit settings" of a category.

These tools offers webmasters some convenient ways of displaying the contents of their sites in a readable way.
2. You can now set, for every category via "Edit settings", that the pages added to it will be added at a reversed order.

This tool is useful for articles, blogs, news and more - now you can control the location of newly-added pages without moving them manually. This is a "from now on" option, as only pages that are added after selecting this will be affected.
3. A new security mechanism now blocks log-in attempts for several minutes after too many failed log-in attempts were made, thus increasing security.
4. In the virtual store, a product added to the cart via the product box (as opposed to the product page) which has secondary products or features, will be added with the default feature which is defined for it.
5. The form generator now displays the IP address of the sender of every form. This update is not "from now on", as the IP addresses are shown for forms that were sent in the past.

The development team continutes to create and improve, making the management of websites easier and more accessable.

More updates to the virtual store

The virtual store has been updated with new options that will make it easier to successfully manage an online store.

The first improvement is the addition of numerous currencies to the virtual store. Along with the existing ones, these currencies have been added in order to assist webmasters who sell to international markets:

Russian Ruble, Danish Krone, Australian Dollar, Brazilian Real, Canadian Dollar, Czech Koruna, Hong Kong Dollar, Hungarian Forint, Malaysian Ringgit, Mexican Peso, Norwegian Krone, New Zealand Dollar, Philippine Peso, Polish Zloty, Singapore Dollar, Swedish Krona, Swiss Franc, Taiwan New Dollar, Thai Baht.

In addition to that, the product additions tool (product properties) was redesigned and many options were added to it.

First off, to access this tool, you will need to click the designated button next to the "product properties" - it is no longer managed through the product properties dialogue.

Other than that, an entire management system was added to help you manage the properties easily. To add a property (such as color, size, length and so on) you should click "Add property" and now it is possible to choose whether the property be hidden and define its location in relation to the other properties.

After the property has been created, you can click the "Secondary properties list" button and add the details themselves (red, green, medium, large, 20-inch and so on). The secondary properties are flexible for hiding and moving, too.

Additionally, two new options were added to the secondary properties: the ability to add a picture to every secondary property, and the ability to hide the price of any specific secondary property - for cases in which the property does not reflect on the price of the product and the webmaster does not want a zero to appear as a price.

Both features are available through the dialogue that adds the property.

We hope that these additions will assist you in the creation of a successful virtual store, easier than before.

New gadgets were added to the system

A major update was introduced to the gadget system!

We have added 3 new gadgets for you to use and enjoy.

The first two gadgets are based on the Facebook platform, when the first allows you to display recommendations on other websites based on the domain you type in, and the second one allows you to display the latest activity on your website.

The automatic photo album tool has undergone a significant upgrade concerning image display possibilities.

Up till now you have been able to choose from only 2 album templates, from now on you can display your images with 9 different display patterns.

Check out our new album display options: Edit Content (on any of your content pages) >> "Gadget" (the button on your editor toolbar) >> "Photo Album" >> Place in editor >> Select the desired display pattern for your album.

We hope that the recent upgrade will significantly rationalize and improve the webmaster's experience of working with our automatic photo album tool.

An update to the way files are received in the form generator

An update was introduced to the form generator, that deals with the way the mails that are being sent to the webmaster after a form has been filled, with a file attached.

1. From now on, there is no need to log into the management of the website in order to view the file. If a file is attached to the form, it is openable from within the mail message.

2. If the visitor has not uploaded a file, a message regarding that issue would be displayed.

We hope that these updates will assist webmasters in working quicker and more efficiently with the built in form generator.

During the course of the last few days, some changes were implemented into the system and we would like to present them to you in an orderly fashion:

1. Following the success of the last update to the forms generator, a navigation bar was added to every tool within the system. Now it is possible to navigate easily while creating and placing tools and go back anytime by pressing the corresponding link at the top of the page. For example, when adding a tool to the side menu, it is possible to go back instantly to the general view.

2. In continuation to the update from last week, the buttons within a form can now be placed in the same line as the last field of the form. This option is accessible through the "form design" screen. This feature provides designers with new and exciting possibilities when designing widespread forms.

3. To prevent a situation of accidental form sending, the submit button will disappear from now on immediately upon having been clicked once.

4. The virtual store has been updated with an option of adding a comment next to every order, in a similar way to the forms. A webmaster is now able to document the process of handling the order comfortably and add comments.

5. It is now possible to edit the names of the fields in the order form!

You can access this option via the form settings, by choosing the option to have a customized order form and enabling editing for this form.

Every field is now a text-box, in which the webmaster can place whatever text desired and to decide what information the customer must provide.

Our development team continues to work on many new tools and improvements to existing tools, thus we recommend to track the latest changes and remain updated with the exciting things we do.

A major update was introduced to the form generator

The form generator has undergone a major upgrade in the last few days, so we would like to inform you of the changes that were introduced to this tool:

1. If an error was made while the user fills out the form (for instance, if a mandatory field was left blank, or an improper mail address was typed into the mail field), the problematic field would be highlighted and a message would pop. After the user has seen the message, he can go back to the form and fix it - instead of typing everything again.

2. The form generator interface was modified and imrpoved to increase the natural flow of work. Instead of a field creator on the left, a list of fields on the right and a preview on the bottom - the window is designed from top to bottom, in a convenient way to use.

3. Now it is possible to add a comment next to every inquiry sent via the forms. This allows the webmaster to keep track and handle the inquiries better.

4. A notification was added regarding the number of the inquiries sent from every form (in green). From that number, the system displays how many of these inquiries were not taken care of (in red). This makes it easier to keep track of the unattended inquiries.

5. A navigation bar was added to the top of the form generator. This enables easy navigation throughout the menus of this tool.

6. An option to place fields one next to each other was added. You can tick, per every field, a checkbox that states whether it should be placed in the same line as the previous field. The fields will keep on getting placed in one line until one of the fields "breaks" the continuity and would be left unchecked by this setting.

7. An option to duplicate a form was added to the tool list. This option duplicates the form fully - the fields, settings and design are copied to a new form, making it easier to create several forms out of the same scheme.

SMS messages from virtual store

An update has been introduced to the virtual store

It is now possible to receive instant SMS messages when a purchase has been completed in the virtual store.
Under "Tool list" >> "Virtual store" >> "Store settings" >> "General settings", a new field has been added.
Given you have purchased an SMS package, you will instantly receive notifications about purchases after your number has been inserted into the appropriate field.

The message will not display the list of purchased items, but the total amount of the purchase.

Advance search upgrade

Within the Gadget window, after selecting the search tool, there's a new section that allows you to choose what operators would appear, allowing you to choose what the visitor sees.

Importing Categories Made Easy

Hello,

One of our tools has been upgraded, so that it will be easier to use.
The tool is the "Display sub-categories within the content of this page?" checkbox that appears under "Category and sub-category definitions" under "Edit settings" for a category.
Until now, checking that box would show the pages under the category with the default template only. Now you will be able to choose a template from the list of custom-made templates.
In a nutshell, this tool allows you to import categories with a custom template without using the Gadget tool, making it easier to display pages.
Please note that at this point, this tool only displays pages, not sub-categories. In order to import sub-categories as well, you will have to use the Gadget tool.

Product display on the homepage

Hello,

Several modifications have been made to the manner the products are displayed on the homepage. Due to its irrelevance, the "Homepage Settings" button has been removed and its function is now automatically activated when needed: whenever a product is set to be displayed on the homepage, product display mode will be automatically activated, saving you an extra click.
In addition, now it is easier to remove multiple products from the homepage. This option is available at "Tool list">>"Virtual store">>"Store Homepage", where you can see that a checkbox has been added. Select the needed products, then remove them by clicking the button at the bottom without removing them one-by-one.

Category Content Importing Tool Update

1) Setting the exact number of pixels for each move - you will be able to define the precise amount of pixels your text will move, in each direction, at any given moment.

This week, we have introduced a new tool that will enable you to control the fields of the customer details form displayed during order completion in your virtual store. The tool will allow you to select fields to be displayed to customers in order to collect their personal details before completing the order. In addition, you will be able to define whether a field should appear as mandatory (i.e. a customer will not be able to proceed to checkout with this field left blank) or optional, as well as arrange fields in the desired order.

Decrease of the VAT starting the 1st of January

During the upcoming weekend, the Israeli VAT rate will decrease from 16.5% to 16.0%
