Pricing Settings

In this guide we will explain how to set pricing for customers under the reseller account. Pricing settings are an extremely important function, and may significantly affect the functionality of the reseller account.
 
You can reach the pricing settings manager by clicking on Account settings >> Pricing settings.


In the “Display?” column, you may choose which additional packages and services should be offered for sale to your customers.
 
In the “Your price” column, the prices that we charge you for services such as packages, domains, text messages, email accounts, and upgrades will be displayed.
 
In the “Customer price” column, you can set the price for your customers.
You can set the price for all of the products at once by setting the percentage by which the cost to the customer will be raised.



In order to save the changes you must click on “Apply” at the bottom of the page.

Notes:
  • The default setting for all products is your cost for the product (0% profit).
  • The default setting is that all products will be displayed, and all package upgrades will be available.
  • The product prices displayed are for the entire period and not on a monthly basis.
  • You must verify the current dollar exchange rate stated in the terms of use in order to set the prices in your local currency.
  • The price to the customer will be displayed according to the price and currency set in the general reseller account settings.
Important!
A portion of the products will not be displayed during the purchasing process, if the check box in the "Display?” column is not selected.
 
Very important!
Do not set a cost of $0, this will enable the customer to receive products for free, but your reseller account will still be charged for them.
 
Recommendation: 
After setting prices, performing a mock purchase from the customer’s site is recommended in order to become familiarized with the process.
