Reseller Account - Main

The reseller account is an intelligent system that allows you to independently manage your customer base using your brand. You will be provided with advanced tools that you can use to create and manage websites, market and manage domains, and other related products.

In this guide we will provide a general overview of the tools available to you in the reseller account management interface.

Main Page

This page is the control panel of the reseller account, and from here it is possible to go to the different settings pages. In the main area you will see buttons for creating a new customer site and an entrance to the reseller site manager. In addition, this area contains search tools that allow you to receive information about products, orders, and customers in your account. You may search by entering information such as order number, site number, user name, and so on.

On the main page you will see general account information such as: account number, the account name and the domain name of the reseller. In addition, this page will display a reseller activity report containing “hot” information such as new orders waiting for approval, the number of new sites opened, and existing sites that need to be extended in the near future. The main page will also provide a summary of the latest system updates posted by the development team for you to review.

The sidebar allows you to go to different areas of the account in order to manage customers, change settings, and manage products and orders.

Management

In this area it is possible to manage all of the products controlled by the account: websites, domains, email accounts and more. Additionally, statistics can be displayed about account activity, and you can manage the registered users in the reseller account. For your convenience, site management provides an advanced search option according to different criteria – an option that makes it easy to manage a specific site or group of sites.

Account Settings

In the account settings area you may change different settings that will ensure proper functioning of the reseller account – pricing, currency and payment methods, branding (logos and links), contact information, and more.

Product Renewal

Here, all of the products purchased by the reseller are located. The tool was designed for constant follow-up of product renewals – hosting packages of customer sites, domains, email accounts, mailing and text message packages.

Order Management

This area is responsible for managing the orders of the users in the reseller account. Here, you can approve orders awaiting payment, view approved orders, and orders that were unsuccessful or not completed by the user.

Financial Details

In this area, you may deposit funds into the reseller account and view the transaction history:

Note, that payment for products in the reseller account is performed by advance deposits into the account, and the transfer from those deposits upon approval of a product order for a customer. For example, if a sum of $500 was deposited into the reseller account, and then afterwards a customer order for $120 was approved, the reseller account will be charged $120, and the account will then remain at a balance of $380, which may be used to approve further orders.

Deposit a sum – by clicking on this you can deposit an additional sum to the reseller account.
Sums deposited in this account to date - by clicking on “Display List” a history of all deposits to this account will be displayed.
Sums paid for your transactions - by clicking on “Display List” a list of all charges incurred from customer order approvals will be displayed.
